MicroProf® 100 from FRT is a universal surface metrology tool for rapidly and easily determining the roughness, topography, and layer thickness. Despite being a compact desktop tool and, thus, the smallest member of the MicroProf® family, the MicroProf® 100 still delivers the complete performance of the product series.

TTV Option
The tabletop tool and the standalone systems of the MicroProf® family come with the option for two-sided sample review. This facilitates measurement of the bottom and top sides of the sample concurrently and sample thickness determination.
The sample’s total thickness variation (TTV) can be established together with surface parameters such as the flatness, roughness, and waviness of both surfaces. The TTV option can be effortlessly retrofitted on-site.
