The Progeny ResQ FLX narcotics analyzer provides law enforcement officials with an improved flexibility to combat against the widespread opioid epidemic and increase in drug trafficking that is taking place around the world. The Progeny ResQ FLX 1064 nm Raman analyzer is specifically designed to provide law enforcement agencies with a simple handheld device that can rapidly analyze and identify illegal drug and narcotics.
By integrating Progeny ResQ FLX into routine response tactics, users have the ability to:
- Perform presumptive testing using a Category A technique that is accepted by SWGDRUG
- Create tamper-proof reports with digital signature capabilities
- Add pictorial evidence using a built in camera
- Rapidly transfer results to the user’s smartphone
Advanced Narcotics Identification
The Progeny ResQ FLX is equipped with a standard library of over 1,000 compounds to provide users with precise results in a few seconds. Some of the compounds in this library include some of the latest fentanyl and opioid formulations to ensure that this device provides the most advanced narcotics identification for law enforcement officials. Additionally, the 1064 m Raman also protects officers, as this rapid analysis can be performed through packaging of the substances without risking any potential exposure of the official to suspected toxic substances.
The features of the Progeny ResQ FLX narcotics analyzer assist law enforcement agencies with the collection of evidence, as well as in reporting and communicating all obtained results following sample analysis. The embedded 5mp camera can capture images of the sample and/or the environment and attach these images to an analysis report, all of which are stamped with the date and time of the analysis as a digital signature that complies with the U.S. FDA 21 CFR Part 11. The WiFi and smartphone pairing allow for results to be transferred rapidly for improved response and processing time. As part of the standard support that is included with the Progeny ResQ FLX, this device also receives library updates throughout the full life of the analyzer.
Upgraded Flexibility
Users also can select additional libraries, features and support packages that fit their needs and budget into their device. These libraries can include precursors, explosives, toxic industrial chemicals and chemical warfare agents. 4C Technology can be also added to monitor individually identified chemicals that have the potential to be used in potential combinations as precursors and create even more hazardous situations, such as further production of explosives or illicit drugs. Additional warranty and Reachback support can be according to the specific needs of the department.
