Durable Alloy Quenched and Tempered (Q&T) Steel Plate

Alloy quenched and tempered (Q&T) steel plate from Leeco Steel is designed with the essential durability and hardness to be used in applications that must endure severe impact and abrasion.

Leeco Steel maintains a wide-ranging supply of Q&T steel plate in a variety of grades that can be used in bucket components, dump bodies, welded boilers, mining and construction equipment, welded bridges and other construction, pressure vessels, hauling and lifting equipment, and other structural applications where its strength can be utilized to lessen weight.

Alloy Quenched and Tempered Steel

A514 GRADE B, E, F, H, Q, S - A514 is used where a machinable, weldable, very high strength steel is necessary to save weight or meet ultimate strength necessities.

130 KSI/890 MPA Yield Strength - These plates are used in some typical applications including forestry and mining equipment, highway trailers, and more.

140 KSI/960 MPA Yield Strength – It is a high-strength structural grade used in applications that require superior design strength.

TMCP 100 KSI/690 MPA - This grade has greater surface quality, better forming, exceptional weldability, and higher Charpy values than tempered and quenched plate.

A710 - A710 is used for jack-up rigs, piping components pressure vessels, truck frames, construction equipment, and shipbuilding.

ASTM A829-4140 - A829-4140 can be used for a wide range of applications where greater wear resistance and toughness is desirable over lower carbon grades.
