This video illustrates the frequency offset feature in the EASYHEAT LI induction heating system from Ambrell - An Ameritherm Company. High currents are supplied into the mismatched load of EASYHEAT LI with this feature.
This feature is particularly beneficial when heating a part through Curie. When the setpoint current and output current do not match, Frequency Offset will adjust the output current to maintain a match.
